whenever i restart my computer it automatically goes to the screen asking me to start from safe mode, last known config, and regular. well, i click on them and it kicks me back to that same screen. over and over again, until finally after doing it a bunch of times it finally goes to windows. i just reformatted the whole harddrive and it did it before the reformat and after. what could be wrong?
