xp blue screen error messages

my computer restarts occasionally at random and i also sometimes get the blue screen with one of the following error messages and occasionally none-
driver_irql_not_less_or_equal
bad_pool_caller

i have a 512 mb ram , p4 2.8 ghz and 80 gb sata hdd.
xp pro sp2
could this be related to some problem with my windows or with my ram or hard disk.
i recently changed my motherboard, ram , and graphics card together and also foramtted and reinstalled windows recently and have been ahving the problem since then.

Once and a great while i get a blue screen error message, im not sure what it says but when it restarts it runs fine. All i can say is run windows update and make sure your cpu isnt overheating.
