xp function missing in vista?

i'm trying to get a different wallpaper to display on each monitor when on a dual or multi view mode. the thing is i can't find this setting.

right click on your desktop, and click 'properties'. that will take you to your display properties, which you can also get to from your control panel.

on the display properties window, the 2nd tab that says 'desktop', you'll want to click on that. at the bottom of that page is a button that says 'customize desktop.....'. click on that.

this new window is titled 'desktop items', you'll want to click the 2nd tab 'web'. on that page click on 'new', and it will take you to the screen where you can click 'browse....' to add a picture.
