XP Install

When I try to install XP on my brand new computer that was custom built it just stays on this screen:



I've tried *2* legitimate copies of Windows XP, still, no luck. Any ideas? Thanks
 
Try this: put the cd in another computer and boot with it, but don't let it install it.
Instructions: put the cd and reboot the computer. (If the boot order is set properly) this message should appear: Press any key to start setup... press enter. Than see if it works or not, if it stays at the same screen that means that the installation files are corrupted. If it loads the files and shows a welcome menu like "Press Enter to continue setup, F3 to exit, R for recovery console" means that the installation files should be all right.
