XP Pro - Product key but no CD

Title says it, really. My mom's friend has a laptop with XP Pro product key. But I borked the OS trying to recover from a spyware infestation, and there's no restore CD available. I recall there being a way I can buy a replacement CD from M$, but I can't find any links on their website. So I'm just looking for a CD. Would it be okay to dl and burn an ISO from p2p, or should I just find how to order a replacement CD from Microsoft?

Clarification edit: There is a product key. All I need is the CD.

Ah, right...sorry. I was just waking up :o

Problem with disks from P2P is they are cracked and all. And I've seen many times that just a random disk won't work with other serial numbers...

Are you sure there's no restore partition or anything on there?
 
I mean you could borrow an XP pro cd from a friend or something and just install it and when it asks for the key, put it in. Other than that you'll have to speak w/ MS to get a replacement cd and probably new key too.
 
I tried reinstalling my sisters WINXP (Dell) from myown CD and here Product Key. Although they were both the same version it would not work. She brought her CD over, and it worked.
