(Xp search) how to do it?

I have hundreds of folders containing music. Recently I decided to organize them using itunes. Now, since iTunes doesnt support wma, ... files and I dont want my music to be in .acc format I decided to convert all my wma, ... files to mp3.
How can I find only NOT MP3 files?
I want to find all of my musics which are not in mp3 format.

Could you....

Go to the folder (or seacrch thing)
Click view, check details, then click type so it sorts the files by type then select the ones up to where they type switches to mp3?

I knew that method. but can it be done via the search tool?
for example:
if I write -*.mp3 and click search then all the files that are not mp3 would appear.

-*.mp3 where "-" means minus.
