I've updated three computers so far with the last service pack for XP. My mom's dell, and my gf's, and her sister's Compaq desktops. Their computers are taking forever... (Only 256MB of RAM, and alot of crap on them). My computer with Ubuntu is running fast, and is up to date. Linux FTW.

at least 1GB to run nicely.
