XP System/Data security...

Hi guys...

Please help as i am a noob...

My brother is linking to the internet and using a web camera, he is nervous about the security of the information he holds on his computer. He would like to know about the various operating system features that can be used for data and system security.

He is currently using XP pro...

i think XP only comes with a firewall, which isnt that good and can be annoying at times. to secure your computer, you would need real security softwares. here are a few free ones:
-Firewall: zonealarm
-Anti virus: AVG, Avira, Avast
-Anti spyware: Spybot Search and Destroy
