ok. i want to upgrade the way my XP looks.
i just want a safe site and safe links to make my XP look better.
i know that S3 themes are problematic.
i just wanna know if these themes will cause any problem to my PC?
are they safe?
after download and install, what should i do? do i have to reformat windows first or what??
or this is like a simple running program?

well.... i havent ever used S3 themes but i've heard they're fine... u don have to reformat windows or anythn... jus install....

the only problmes i'm afraid of is when these themes interfere in the kernel or registry.
