xp themes

i have a laptop with windows me. how do i get an XP theme onto it? i looked around and cannot figure out how to set them as theme. how do i do it??? i need to know by tommorow. QUIK!!!

i dunno if this will work on windows Me but its worth a try i suppose..its a Media centre theme which i think looks better than normal xp....

it will instal the theme itself...nothing complicated.
