So ok im confused here
I have a pc on my network which for no apparent reason won't let me use 'msconfig" not even as administrator.Also while as admin you can't LOG OFF but can only switch user.
Having done a checkdisk,cleanups with Disk cleanup and CrapCleaner i removed all crap and the PC's health improve, BUT, sometimes to CPU usage might reach 100 with nothing running.
NOD32's scan remove some viruses but one BIG A** problem, we left an IN-DEPTH SCAN from 4.05 yesterday, and when we came this morning the pc was still running the scan
so my question is
1 : how do i enable back MSCONFIG ?
2 : why can't admin LOG OFF ?
3 : i want to format that PC, how do i check when was the last time it did !!
