yahoo e mail help

Can someone tell me how tto close and delette my yahoo acount?

I do not use the e mail account anymore and or the iM.

go to yahoo help, and click on the search button and type in "how do i delete yahoo email account"

after I Log In to my yahoo acount they say to go to my accounts page and dellete it.

I can get to the accounts page?
