Yellow triangle with a !

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but I had a yellow triangle with a ! pop up in my system tray. After a restart it went away but in device manager it is still there under ACVYCSMT IDE Controller.

When i double click it, it tells me "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"

I have tried reinstalling my chipset and raid drivers but nothing helped. Just wondering if anyone knew how to get rid of it, thanks in advance for all the help.

Not sure what specs you need but let me know.

Core i7 920
EVGA X58 E758 mobo
Windows Vista Home 64 bit
GTX 295 GPU
 
try going to start run and typing compmgmt.msc
this is where you seen the error. (never used vista). suspect its the same.
goto device manager where you seen the error. right click the error then try to update the device from there.
 
Try uninstalling the driver/device and see if windows will locate the proper driver for it.
OR try updating your chipset driver.
