Yet another problem!

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them." on every single file except videos, pictures and videos I can't play any games except 1 and I can't even install anything

EDIT: I might of solved it i'll find out soon some reason under security 'Trusted Installer' was the owner so i'm taking control, hope that works.

Do you have a firewall maybe stopping you from doing certain things?

After system restore network sevices won't even start up so i'm going to reinstall windows 7 today
