it really depends on which program you're planning on using, only certain ones will have the feature. Or, did you just want it to work everywhere throughout your computer?

Programatically, there are ways you can sort-of access it (i.e., if you're programatically instantiating a word-document) but otherwise, try something like TypeAccess
