Don't you? You just love hearing that one word: Morrowind. Even when you it's used in context with someone nagging for help... The game's just that great. So, you wouldn't hesitate to help someone--concerning The Elder Scrolls III--would you?
Okay, so I have a room mate. He can only sleep well with the lights out. The computer I use to play Morrowind- it's in that room that has the everso light sleeper. Naturally, with the lights out, all that precision--from hands to keyboard--starts to dither. Just the same, I pressed F5 inadvertently when I meant to hit 6. 6 would have given me the chance to heal. F5- that activated Quicksave. ...And, you guessed it, my health was low. Now, every time I load, I'm struck instantaneously, and I die. I've tried going to the Console, Menu, and Inventory immediately upon the load, but I can't overcome that instantaneous strike.
So, the question: Is there a way to modify my health before I start the game? Could I use a trainer? Could I modify 'Quicksave.esm' with Notepad? Would TES Construction Set be useful in this scenario?
