You wouldn't recommend Vista, would you?

I have a computer that is 1 year old.
Here are the specs:
Intel Pentium 4 630, 3Ghz
1024Mb of Ram DDR, PC3200
Integrated Video crad... (T.T I have to get a new one... this is my major concern)
Integrated Sound Card
Etc. Those are the major parts. I don't know if I should get Vista Home premium (ot higher) or not. Should I just stick with Windows Xp?

For a primary OS at the present time the strongest recommendation from someone currently multibooting XP Home, Vista, and XP Pro is to stay with XP for the present time if you are not planning to dual boot Vista as a second OS in order to get familiar with it.

Presently I simply went with the Home Premuim version here to save on the price tag until the SP1 and SP2 or 2nd edition is released. That will have the "bugs" kind of worked out of it for the Ultimate version tried here with the RC1 beta version last fall. At the moment you would have to go all over the place looking for drivers for the onboard sound. Currently Creative Labs only has beta drivers for the Audigy 4 Pro used here.
