What is your favourite "free" website maker/builder?

Mine would be webs.com but I'm interested in others, and your opinions towards them, I like the simplicity of webs.com and how user friendly the GUI was. But I don't like how you are forced to have "webs.com" after your domain, but it is free after all so I shouldn't complain.
 
I simply love blogger, because of its range of templates and closeness to google search, I rarely find .webs domain on google search but blogspot is quite common.
This is mostly for blogging, but for websites, I get my own host and domain, as you don't want those watermarks and stuff on your website.
 
forummotion because i can put pics without HTML knowledge and i can change the style.
 
None of them, because they severely limit you in what you can do and people don't respect you for using them.

However, for blogs, I do recommend Tumblr. Blogger is meh, and imo you should never ever go with a forum hosting site, you should always get your own webhost and install the forum script yourself.
 
I'm not a huge fan of free website services because they will typically have some kind of ad generation that makes them free. It's really not too expensive to have your own website (domain name= $10 /year, Hosting $50 / year). This way you can use a Content Management system like Joomla or Wordpress to create your own custom site where you have full control over everything. Thoughts?
