I just built this system and having the following issues

specs-
OS-Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit
Mainboard-MSI 945P Neo3-F
CPU-Intel Pentium D Dual Core 3.0Ghz
Memory-Centon 1024MB PC4200 DDR2 533MHz
Just ordered-Corsair TWINX 1024MB PC5400 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 Memory (2 x 512MB) not installed yet
Video card-ATI Radion x1300 Pro 256MB DDR2 PCI Express
Sound card-Sound Blaster Audigy
HD-Maxtor 320GB SATA
Monitor-Microtek 815C 18in LCD with a 30MS delay..ugg.. looking for a better monitor now

Problems-
Video- Letter ghosting/fuzzy no matter what settings/Hz are used
Game play-Counter Strike Source, decreased fps no matter what settings are used.

Any thoughts would be great thanks!

1. Enable clear type. (Control Panel --> Display --> Appearance --> Effects -->2nd option)
2. Use the default resolution of the LCD screen

Game play-Counter Strike Source, decreased fps no matter what settings are used.
You're playing games with a nongamer card. Granted its the 1300Pro which is significantly improved over the 1300, it's still not gonna be happy-happy.
