Youtube API slow loading - help!

Hello,

I would like to ask if there are any problems with youtube API loading content? Since 26th of June I'm having very long response times (25 seconds per pageload!). But I have to say that API was working for previous 8 months 100% properly.
Is youtube making any API upgrades or did any changes on it? How can I check if there's anything wrong with my API implementation? How can I fix these long pageloads? Help please!

No no.... I have my own website with youtube API integrated. There's slow loading (25 seconds per page) on my website (from any computer).
 
Do you want to post the embed code for someone to take a look at? I'm no good with that, but I'm sure someone else here can help with that.
