Zalman CNPS7000B heatsink and fan, will it fit ???

i have a biostar M7VIG motherboard with an athlon xp2400+ cpu on it (as per other posts).
i want to purchase a zalman cnps7000b heatsink and fan for my cpu but it says on one web site that you need to have 4 mounting holes around the cpu socket !
without opening the case up can anyone have a look on the biostar web site picture of my motherboard and tell me if it looks like my motherboard has these mounting holes ?

It's kind of hard to see as all the pictures are tiny. Why can't you open the computer up? It takes like 5 seconds and would be much more accurate.
