zalman fan 9700 nt power problem?

im reading a review on newegg that says its a good fan but needs a 4 pin power thing? AND TO CHECK UR MoTHER board to make sure it will work,, can someone tell me if mine will work work with this fan?

im not sure i cant really see the mobo good enough to tell if there is one but i would most likely think there would be one. on my mobo i have the 4pin connector right between my cpu socket and ram slots

What fan are you talking about? You posted a link to a motherboard. Do you mean the fan that comes on the motherboard?

i think he was asking if that motherboard has the 4 pin power connector so he could use the zalman. it does have it. heres a picture

Almost any new motherboards have pwm 4-pin CPU fan connectors so you don't really have to worry about it.
