my brother and I both got zen vision:m for christmas, and his computer is only a p3 800mhz with 256 ram. The minimum system requirements specify a 1ghz processor. I installed the software for it but the player shows up as an unknown device in the hardware control, but it shows up on My Computer. Would the missing 200mhz possibly keep the computer from being able to recognize it, or is another problem and the processor specs more intended for the music and video converter programs bundled wiht it.
P.S. I have installed it on my core duo laptop with no errors which almost eliminates user error.
