I have Zone Alarm firewall, according with ZA this program has been change. Then I have the situation that I can not install any program, it does not matter is I try to install using a CD or downloaded from the web. I have an antivirus, Ad-aware and Spyware so I am really do not know what it is. When I run "search file" find it in System32 and have the DOS symbol. I am not an experience computer user and I do not know if I delete it maybe I can cause a worst situation.

If I remember correctly... this is spyware... I wouldn't delete it just by itself... sometimes these programs create system hooks... if deleted they will screw your pc up... I would suggest finding an Adware/Spyware detector and using that to delete not only that file, but its registry entries and any other spyware on the PC...
