1)Yes ofcourse the 6400 can oc way past 6600 stock speeds..thats a no brainer...its nearly with every cpu that the lower end line can oc past the stock speeds of a higher end...but the e6600 can oc further than the 6400 :)
2)The prices are okay, though the e6400 gives more than enough for...
how don't you have room on a desk? The bases are relative the same size if not only a little bigger...unless your desk has something ontop like shelves etc...infact,check out the one in my sig,its very nice...the benQ moniter that i have is kinda the same but with a 2ms response time and a 700:1...
it can be the psu if the card begins drawing too much power(assuming its connected with an extra connecter from the psu) though even though, either way its highly doubtful, your card may be working too hard and is overheating.
its not slow but its not the fastest speed,i think its the 2nd slowest ddr2 ram out(correct me if i'm wrong) but its still faster than DDR 400(PC-3200)
you'd only be wasting money on the x6800,i have it and trust me,its not all that worth it,amazing overclocker but too expensive...stick to the e63,e64 and e66 because they are a hella alot cheaper and can overclock very very well.
