Well I got a new PSU and the thing will turn on and run but cant get any video still. I've tried getting post beeps but cant get anything with no video card or RAM in. Ive checked all the pins and proper seating on CPU. I'm thinking next step new mobo any thoughts?

And as for not getting any video ill set up my other power supply and play around with that a little in the near future if anyone has any good ideas on that.

Went out and bought a multimeter and followed the instructions here: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/ht/power-supply-test-multimeter.htm When i tested the blue wire the PSU instantly turned off so im going to RMA that i guess.

Ill take it all apart and try to start it up without the case. And yes the CPU power cord is plugged in. But would that make any sense if it worked with the other PSU in the EXACT same setup? And no difference with it out of the case on wood.

I dont know if theres anything better than water but liquid nitrogen wont work. It will most likely blow open a seal or something as it heats up and expands. Unless your room is colder than liquid nitrogen then it might work.
