i will answer that for him since i also have comast.

it is great if you ONLY use it for average, everday uses like downloading illegal things, email, gaming, etc


it is terrible for power users because they block EVERYTHING including FTP, DC++ clients, and anything else useful

also there is a 250gb/month cap but that is pretty high if you ask me

i also have a business account through my job, but it's slower at about 5Mbps down, 1Mbps up, or something slow like that.
