45MM Fan Question.

I want to buy a few 45MM fans, and mount them together, externally, and power them by plugging them into an outlet or something.

I want to do this because my Laptop produces more heat through the Side Vents, opposed to the bottom. There is a built in Sub on the bottom, so it doesn't get that hot.

This wouldn't be a permanent mod, I'd only use it while using the Laptop. But there are exhaust vents on both the Left and Right side of the Laptop, so my Mouse/Hand gets hot while gaming.

Any ideas?

i dont understand what you mean? do you want to like redirect the hot air like away from the sides so you cant feel the heat? haha

doesn't make sense. air is sucked from the bottom towards the top (in your case the side vents). unless you're making your own laptop cooler it will not be advantageous.

the best solution for your lowering temps would be opening up the lappy to blow off the dust. next would be the laptop cooler
