Does such a disc exist (and is it legal?)

I was browsing through craigslist and emailed someone with an xp disc. Does this sound true? If it is is it legal for me to use?

"yes its still availible...this disc has a built in corporate licence (oem) meaning it has unlimited installs and passes wga, updates and upgrades with no problem..guaranteed to work and requires no activation install as many times as you want and on as many computers as you want..I only have one I have a brother that works at frys in the technician center that repairs pc's..So the disc doesnt have the windows hologram its on a properly formated disc that boots up as soon as you reboot your pc and all you have to do is press enter to run setup like a retail version. "
 
^^ Yup def ILLEGAL. It sounds as if someone has "Tampered" with the install information so it doesnt require a key.

negatory. there are corporate CDs that dont need keys. dell packages CDs that dont need keys too, no "tampering" required. but it is illegal to ues them outside of the license agreement.
 
you said it was tampered with so that it didnt need a key. there was no tampering. microsoft manufactures windows installation CDs that dont need keys.
 
^^ That doesnt mean that the disc he has is a corporate one though does it? Plus he said there is not hologram on it!! I am fairly sure if it was a corporate disc that it would have a hologram, no? Therefor it is prob a "Cracked" version.

it says right in the post that its a copy of a corporate license disk
 
This type of license is not available for resale. It violates the terms of use. Plus, it sounds like the disk is a copy, which is clearly illegal.
