Wow. That startup is HUGE. Download and install CCleaner. Then run and click "Tools" then click "Startup".

Uncheck the following

- Quicktime Task
- Windows Defender
- Windows Welcome Center
- MSN Messenger
- And if you uncheck Sidebar your pc will startup much faster


When done with that post a fresh hijackthis log.

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.

Then pls post a fresh HJT log.
 
Hello :

First please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

The report can also be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note : process.exe is detected by some anti virus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. anti virus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.




Download and Run ComboFix

Found a suspicious file...

Please go to Virus Total or Jotti and upload C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil9f.exe
and C:\Users\PONCHO~1\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX0\LPIns taller.exe for scanning.

Please make sure to only upload one file to one site at one time.

For Virus Total

  1. Please copy and paste C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil9f.exe
    and C:\Users\PONCHO~1\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX0\LPIns taller.exe in the text box next to the Browse button.
  2. Click on Send File.

For Jotti

  1. Please copy and paste C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash\FlashUtil9f.exe
    and C:\Users\PONCHO~1\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX0\LPIns taller.exe in the text box next to the Browse button.
  2. Click on Submit.

Once those files have finished scanning please post the results here for a professional to look over them.

I believe you are the one that spamming this sub form with useless posts.
No actually i don't.
I am not telling them to get help from different sites, i am telling them to download tools so that we can proceed with the disinfection process.

And for your information.

If you did not spot the Smitfraud file you shouldn't be helping anyone.
He is not spamming anyone, these websites are used to scan a file with lots A-V and A-S to find out what it is.
