School use message

I bought a computer from a school auction and after xp logo come up but before the windows login a school use message comes up does anybody know how to get rid of it.

It says its a school use com its just a screen you have to click ok on to proceed to windows login

So it's prompting you for a network user name and password?

no it just says the com is for authorized school use its not novell I removed that its just a message after windows logo but before the windows login

Yeah I can do everything on windows. I just want that message to stop coming up.

its an option in Gpedit.msc (i cant remember where, but im sure u can find it if u search a lil bit)
