acer travelmate 4060

hi all i have just bought acer travelmate 4060 of ebay it was sold as spare and repair as mouse and keyboard would freeze so i thought it was the drivers that was not installed i have in stalled all drivers but still have same problime does anybody have any clue what to do next thanks o i forgot to mention if you plug in usb mouse and keyboard it works any help would be greatfull
 
It sounds like its just faulty hardware, which means that you would have to take it in to get it repaired, or just use the USB equivalents.

hi all found solution its was the battery so went device manger and disabled it from there everything is working again thanks
