Is there a quicker way to get to files than the way i do it?


I often go start- my computer then click on which drive -E or C which I want then the file from there. Isnt there a quicker way? Using run for example?

if windows was like osx, you'd just go to finder and type what you want
but oh well, just make a short-cut of your hard drive on your desktop to avoid the long paths (my comp-->C-->music)

or if you know your computer by head, just go to run and type the whole path, like : E:\Music <-- that's mine , but an example.
I also saw a program a while ago called Launchy, might be of use

I use ObjectDock and I have shortcuts to my computer, network connections, documents, pictures, and music. The other side has shortcuts to Thunderbird, Firefox, iTunes, WMP, AIM, word, and StepMania.
