Building First Computer

Hey everyone.
I'm building my first computer and was aiming for games on a budget. The computer below comes out at 920 australian dollars. I'm happy to spend more or less depending on advice.

The plan was:
Intel Q6600
Gskill DDRII 4gb PC6400 800Mhz Heatspreader
Sapphire HD4850 512MB
ABIT AB9 i965 1066MHz FSB Dual DDR2-800, PCI Express x16 SATAII 300 R
Samsung 500GB 7200RPM SATAII 16M
CoolerMaster Centurion 5 RCT05KKR2 with 460W PSU Black
Samsung 20xDVD -/ R/RW Dual Layer OEM Black (SH-S202J/RSBN)
Thermaltake TR2M13 CPU cooler&Heatsink (SK775)

I'm most confused about motherboard choice. The specified one is cheaper and without SLI capabilities. If anyone could make motherboard recommendations it would be really appreciated. I was going to rely on the 460W PSU that comes with the case. Is this enough?

Any and all advice on any of the components would be great!
Thanks

get a 4870, if you can, and get a p45 chipset, i wouldnt recommend the one that comes with the case, they usually never have the advertised wattage, and are craptastic at best most times, good brands would be corsair, antec, coolermaster, silverstone, pc power and cooling, seasonic

What is your budget???

I'm in AU, and if you go to MSY, you'll get it very cheap and may be able to get some better parts.

Hey thanks for the advice.

I was planning on spending under 1000 but thats looking less realistic now (thats ok).

I'll definitely get a separate PSU now. Will anything over 500W suffice?

I considered the 4870 for the GPU but it costs 110 more than the 4850 which I understand can play Crysis quite well. Is it worth it?

Thanks for the advice on the mobo. Perhaps a MSI P45-NEO2-FR Intel P45 would do the trick? That way I could go SLI in the future? Any thoughts on this mobo?
More info on it can be found here; http://www.umart.com.au/pro/products_listnew.phtml?id=10&id2=106&bid=2&sid=32218

get a 750i ftw from evga if you plan to do sli(nvidia graphics cards) or the p45 you mentioned for crossfire(ati graphics cards)

OK, i'll do a "better" build for you.

Here we go:

Total - No rebates - $1044.91
Total - Mail-in Rebate - $959.91

Hope this build is good, it should be good for you.
