Can i have two HDDs if one of them is 16 mb and the other one is 32mb(buffer)?

Ok, and what if i try to?
I'm planning on using the 320GB for linux(one drive) and the 750GB for windows and games(2 drives). Is it easy to use them individually or will they mix and i will have to use parts of both of them?
I don't want to use 160Gb of the 320GB hdd along with 160Gb of the 750GB hdd to create 1 drive. Is it possible?

You are speaking in terms of megabytes, not gigabytes. Are you telling it right?
I don't think that a RAID configuration is worth on any drive configuration totaling under 160 GB (80 GB per drive) but good luck with a drive that small - not that the drives will necessarily give you problems but the computer it serves - it's probably a 486 or an old Pentium - in that case, it would be like putting new door seals on an old Frigidaire that's rusted through - it will do no good.

Probably won't simply work. Most of the time you need identical drives, though some controllers let you use different models and even different capacities (in which case only that of the smallest drive will be utilized)

Different drive sizes, etc. usually aren't good for a RAID configuration, and the risk of corruption/broken stripes increases greatly.
Also keep in mind that if you were to try a RAID0 array with a 320 and a 750 GB HDD, you would be limited to 2 times the capacity of the smaller drive, i.e. 320GB x 2, and you would effectively lose approx 430 GB of HDD space.
If it were me, I'd use the F1 as your boot drive, and set the the 320 GB for backups, etc.

You wont have any problems. I am running one with 16mb and another with 32mb of cache at the same time.
