Internet Keeps Disconnecting.

Every 5 or 10 minutes my internet connection will disconnect for around 20-30 seconds then it will start working again.

Not long ago avg found trojans and stuff and i got rid of them, and ran spybot but that says its clean.

is it possible that a virus is causing the internet to disconnect?

Do you loose your connection or does IE just loose it? Have you tried out Firefox?

Maybe disabling that list might work, but i don't know about the R1s and R0s.
