looking for a motherboard

i need a motherboard that is cheap will support a cpu that is 3Ghz or faster but also supports 8x agp graphics card im using socket a now its alright but ya cant get fast cpus for it and there old

I would suggest something like an ASRock AM2+ board because I have nearly always used them for stock for customers pc's (unless otherwise requested) and they are a reliable board at a VERY reasonable price and for people on a budget they are cheaper than Intel ;)
(they also do HYBRID boards that will support either DDR/DDR2 or AGP/PCI-e )
 
intel? AMD?
Why do you want AGP Slot?? Get a new video card!
Most Mobo with AGP slot not supporting latest CPU...
If you don't have money at the moment, just get one with onboard video
