I've been researching this build all its parts and what not and I came across SLI/Crossfire then I realized I have a Crossfire Graphics Card but a SLI motherboard. So I think I need a different MoBo so i've been searching for one and I found this MoBo what do you all think also I am slightly confused between what crossfire is and crossfirex because I don't think my graphics card supports crossfirex even though the HIS website says it does but the graphics card box doesn't say crossfirex ready. And with this new board I think I need new memory DDR3 could you all suggest some good ddr3 memory 4gb still.

1st thing... dont get DDR3 it is wayyyy to exspencive. If you would like I could find a motherboard for you. But to answer the OP yes xfirex will support regular xfire. And no, you cant use xfire on a SLI certified board

CNOTE - Were you planning on buying two video cards to run in a crossfire configuration, or were you simply buying a single card? If you're only planning on installing a single card, crossfire and SLI motherboard specs really are irrelevant and pretty much any 775 board will do.

* Crossfire uses two compatible ATI graphics cards in tandem.
* SLI uses two compatible nVidia graphics cards in tandem.

daisymtc thanks for the MoBo Choices I choose http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131317
and I'm going to go with this PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371009 Whats the Difference between the one I have listed and your suggestions?
As for Graphic cards VIX I only plan on buying 1 now but I plan on installing another one by computer starts to age.
Also, I'm only getting 4gb of ram and I can install 4gb more at a later date but will I have to reinstall my OS for it to accept it or something stupid were it would just be easier to get 8gb now.
