Sell whole or dismantle and sell parts?

So I bought a laptop from Ibuypower a couple of years ago...so long ago that I don't remember the specs and Can't find the email (I had a different address). Well long story short..the screen is cracked and I haven't used it in a while. The laptop was for video editing so I know i got at least a great processor video card and a bunch of ram...

So here is my question to you...Run CPU-Z Get the specs and sell whole on eBay or take it a part and sell the parts...what do you think would be better?

Usually they go quite well, even with a broken monitor if you sell it as a whole.

On windows XP, go to Control Panel -> System
Or on Vista, Control Panel -> Welcome Center

It should give you full specs(RAM,Video card,CPU) on WC, but System only gives RAM, CPU and OS.

Post the specs here as well, just hook it up to an external monitor.

It would be interesting to see what it has in it.
