I recently purchased a new computer that I am having way to many problems with and I am sending it back before the 30 day no questions refund is up.

I need to wipe the hard drive, only problem is when the computer boots up I cant see anything on the screen. What can I do. I don't know too much about computers so be gentle on the tech talk please.

Thank you for your responses.

when you are at the post screen, as soon as you power on your PC, press F8 repeatedly, it will give you a menu, select safe mode.
See if you can boot in that, and remove your data.
Since you're on guarantee you can't do much with it

I tried, I cant even see the selections for safe mode, I am working completely blind

Has either to be a problem with the OS or GFX, or even ram, then again you can't touch it...
all i can think of now will void your warranty...
can you get into the BIOS ?
if so try loading the system defaults
