So I have a PC Config that my sister uses as iTunes was not compedible with media centre on xp so she used mine and after she finished the keyboard was still light (G15) And so was a mouse and I thought it was nothing and a few days later I turned it on to play some games and my sister had just locked her account so I logged out and restarted and I put in a game disc and all of a sudden I could hear something slowing down before going fast again and it kept doing so every 5 seconds. What is it?

Most likely you are hearing a supply or other fan like front case fan if not cpu fan speeding up and then down as the cpu gets a load and a demand for power is placed on the supply. If the game you go to play requires the disk in the drive you may be heraing that vary as each map is loading. Or you may simply have a noisey fan.

It's happening now and I'm not gaming shit! I turned it on about 4 days later (now) And its doing it

If you get up close and simply listen you will likely be able to tell from what part of the case the sound is being heard. A description of the sound being heard like a whirring sound would suggest a fan speeding up and then slowing down. There aren't too many moving parts inside a pc.
