Looking to get a projector

Hey guys. I'm looking for a projector. The main use will be for Powerpoints, movie maker videos, an occasional movie, and occasional gaming [PC & Console]. I'm looking into the following two projectors. If you have any other ideas, my budget is no more than $500.

If your going to look into gaming with one, you will probably want one that the bulb doesnt burn out fast. The second one is much better than the first one linked.

If you want to game you'll want a high resolution project. 800 X 600 isn't exactly that great...

Well it's not like I'm trying to play Crysis on the thing. The games would be more like DDR, ITG, Guitar Hero, Rock Band, etc.
