Overclocking GPU with Vista x64

This is the second time posting this thread. I have no idea where the original went so I decided to just make a new thread.

So anyways, I did a build for a friend not too long ago and I want to give him a little more band in games. I already overclocked the cpu and everything and it seemed to help somewhat so now I want to overclock his video card. He has a ati 3850. I haven't really been into the whole "1337" scene lately but when I was I used ati tool to overclock. I went ahead and installed it but when I restarted his computer it threw and error message saying something along the lines of not being able to install drivers due to not being digitally signed. So I am at a loss here. Are you unable to install un-signed drivers in vista?

well, i downloaded the newest Catalyst drivers from ATI for my 3870, and they installed fine (i'm on vista64)
i'd download from the website, the bundled software may not be compatible with vista64.
