Eeverything, except the mobo looks good.

you may want to get an asus or a gigabyte mobo, they have better quality overall.

Edit:

Make sure you can lift over 50 pounds, cuz with everything inside that case, that's around the weight you'll be lifting.

Buy new 80mm fans, cuz the one included SUCK they use molex power rather than the 3 pin connections plus are noisy, other than that is great

I looked for ASUS or GIGABYTE mobos but couldnt find a good one in the $100-200 range. They're either open box or the second PCI-E 2.0 slot is 8x. Ill look around for another case cause there could always be a better one :) If you stumble upon a nice mobo, please let me know.

Is 750W a lot for my setup? I was thnking of saving some money and buying

For a motherboard with two PCI Express 2.0 x16 you are going to pay over well over $200. Here is about the cheapest one I could find. I am thinking about ordering it myself:) This motherboard has great reviews all over the web. This will be about your best bet. and.....it's not open box item that somebody else messed with.

GIGABYTE GA-X48-DS4 LGA 775 Intel X48 for $225
