How do I know if a motherboard is good @ OCing CPU's or not? Do I have to look @ FSB or something else?

I am going to buy either a E8400 or Q6600 and I wud like my motherboard to be able to OC them to their standard max on air. I will also have a 4870X2 on it but I dont want any more PCI-E 2.0 slots if itll cost me more money. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

ep35-ds3r
ep45-ds3r

both gigabyte products with great overclocking abilities in BIOS and ET6. the power to cpu and dimms are managed very well on these boards and both have proven to clock VERY well.

I looked at the ep45-ds3r on newegg and there were a lot of complaints about unstability and RAM problems, not to mention an absolutely necessary BIOS update with a non usb keyboard.

What do you think about this one?

I wanna ask you the same question. I have saw some configuration in www.ncix.com. Their price is way more expensive, even they have discounts , still feels expensive. Any one has good suggestions?
