who plays world of warcraft

I really liked it...but it got a little too slow for me around late level 30 and I didnt want to pay monthly and become addicted.

I've never tried WoW. I've tried, and been addicted to, runescape, so i don't wanna go through anything like that again. My grades dropped and alot of other stuff happened. I've played cod4, and i still am, and i just hate the people on there that stay in a little hole and snipe. I have overkill and i use a sniper as my secondary, butr i don't see how people can just stay in one place.

Maybe i'm just tripping. I just hate being killed when i can't see the $%^& that did it :P

Well I like how this thread turned from "yeah I play WoW once in a while..." to "WoW is awesome and CoD4 suck!" back to "oh yeah I used to like it and all..."

fun stuff...

I'd actually think it's more directed like "CoD 4 is awesome and WoW is only for losers".... but yeah.... since there are plenty of cool people who play WoW alongside the stereotypical moron.

Most Stereotypes I read here are not surprising. I played WoW for 2 years (Took 2 month breaks every 5 months) and its a great game. Alot to do and you cant get bored. Only thing is that you can get addicted. Must think of Reality when you play the game otherwise you will be sucked into it alot, playing over 10-15 hours a day.

Trust me I know this because I was like that the first year. But I slapped myself and checked into reality. Its a fun game, just make sure to remember Life and your good to go.

Friend gave me a 10-day trial.

I killed wolves for about 2 hours because my friend said it was the best thing to do for now. I asked him if training ever got more interesting and he said not really so i exited and didn't go back Lol.

To the person who said CoD4 is boring.

Leveling on CoD4 : Shooting people with customized weapons, outstanding graphics and sound, running through the long grass hoping not to get sniped. Finding yourselves in loads of different situations and possibilities.

Leveling on WoW : Click the creature you want to gain EXP on. Ocassionally click a button which is a special attack. Repeat this for a long time.

in the earlier levels, yes. but once you get a wide variety of abilities for your character, fighting in WoW is about as good as it gets IMO. you know every tiny little detail about your char, classes it is strong against, and weak against, how to fight certain classes.... it really gets pretty in depth but still remains fun

It's funny how the people who hate WoW have either never played it or never got past, say, level 30. Hell, I used to LOATHE WoW, like with a passion. Then I gave it a chance.

I play both. CSS more than WoW at the moment (don't have time for WoW in college) but I still like both.

Again WoWs a fun game to play, but when you are going to college or starting something big, you wont have time for it anymore. WoW kill up alot of time and its fun to play. But if you cannot control your gaming on that game; Your life +WoW= Om nom nom nom

No joke

WoWs a fun game to play but if your going into college or starting something big in life dont even bother playing it. If you play it and are not careful, the game will consume you.

You Life+WoW= Om nom nom nom
