My vote is going intel!

After joining the forum i have gone from AMD to intel.

I break it down to, what your going to use the computer for.....

At the moment, i have AMD, but next build will be intel!

It varies all the time who is better. The fact is, just like ATi and nVidia they are both great companies and make great products.

As of now Intel holds the crown for the fastest processor, maybe AMD will catch up but its not looking very good for them....

Hey man. Nothing wrong with VIA!!

Back in 01 i was runnin a 1.6GHz thoroughbred AMD Socket A that OCed to 1.94GHz! On an MSI VIA chipset, not sure what model it was but it OCed pretty good.

Yeah, back in the Pentium 4 days, AMD was clearly better. Ever since Core 2 Duo (2006 think), Intel has been leading though.

INTEL for me. was an AMD man but since i got my Q6600 i'v gone over to Intel.

The first one was mine! Even though all but one of the computer's in our place had got an Intel CPU, the AMD rig is the only decent enough for gaming (the Intel rigs are 2 P3 machines and 2 laptops). Plus, I really really wish AMD will make a comeback...
