be under $900
be available in canada
have a decent keyboard
be competition with office apps
as light as possible

When you say light as possible I think of the EEEPC 1000H which is 8.9''. How about that. The keyboard is size of sugar cubes which is ok.

Well the EEEPC 1000H has the same specs just with an intel atom,

You need to be more specific than 900 budget, in canada, and lightweight..
