Building new system, what is the best gaming card

like the title says i am building a new system and am wondering what y'all think the best gaming card is?

am looking at this one

budget is not really a problem but i don't want to spend much more than that($550us)

another question is should i go with 2 less expensive cards?\

actually i said budget is not really an issue, after looking around a lot i am thinking of going with 2 4870's
