Upgrading To Ultimate!

Just wondering I have Windows Vista Home Premium. I want to know from you guys should I upgrade to ultimate. I have the disk here but I never used it. Pro's Con's should I? I probably will do it tomorrow so let me know. PM actually because I hardly ever check Operating Systems Section.

ultimate offers nothing that the average user would find useful over home premium, possibly with the exception of drive encryption. however, drive encryption makes data recovery a nightmare if your computer ever crashes...
